Omiyage (for 2) - Kitsune Udon

Handmade udon noodles with fish dashi and sweet braised tofu.

Kitsune means fox in Japanese, some say this connection comes from foxes love of eating fried tofu (Abura-age), while others claim it's because the colour of the braised tofu resembles fox fur. Either way this udon dish is one of our classics. It’s warming, comforting and delicious.
